Financial Crime Transformation Consultant

At Astro Studios, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Financial Crime Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Crime practice, you'll work with our diverse and high-performing delivery teams to transform Financial Crime risk management frameworks, craft and implement technologies across customer onboarding, payment screening, and Transaction Monitoring.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Financial Crime experts who have led some of the most innovative work in building leading Financial Crime intelligence functions. You'll have the chance to work with senior client stakeholders in building Financial Crime compliance programs to prevent, detect, and investigate money laundering, bribery, and corruption, sanctions, and fraud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Financial Crime strategies for large, complex organizations
  • Operational and strategic experience of multiple financial crime taxonomies
  • Manage senior stakeholders as part of complex programs of work and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Financial Crime solutions
Requirements
  • Proficient across all Financial Crime taxonomies (money laundering, sanctions, and bribery and corruption; fraud experience preferable)
  • Operational and strategic experience of multiple financial crime taxonomies
  • A robust understanding of creating financial crime strategies for large, complex organizations
  • Preferably experience across a number of different Financial Services (e.g., Retail/Corporate banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Investment Banking)
  • Unique perspectives on the future landscape of financial crime risk mitigation and an understanding of what leading organizations in this space are doing
