Financial Crime Transformation Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Transformation Consultant to join our team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for transforming Financial Crime risk management frameworks, crafting and implementing technologies across customer onboarding, payment screening, and Transaction Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Financial Crime compliance programmes to prevent, detect, and investigate money laundering, bribery, and corruption, sanctions, and fraud.
  • Work closely with senior client stakeholders to build Financial Crime compliance programmes.
  • Transform Financial Crime risk management frameworks and implement technologies to enhance customer onboarding, payment screening, and Transaction Monitoring.
  • Liaise with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proficient across all Financial Crime taxonomies, including money laundering, sanctions, and bribery and corruption.
  • Experience in designing and delivering market-leading learning and development frameworks and materials.
  • Thorough understanding of Governance structures and frameworks.
  • A robust understanding of creating financial crime strategies for large, complex organisations.
  • Experience in managing senior stakeholders as part of complex programmes of work.
  • Demonstrating agility and adaptability to work in line with changing client expectations and requirements.
