Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Lead to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Senior Care Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents
  • Lead and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and development activities to promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Administer medication, conduct assessments, and develop care plans to meet the individual needs of residents

Requirements:

  • Hold a NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in providing care at a similar level, with a strong understanding of person-centered care principles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with medication administration and care planning procedures
