This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse with experience in a Care Home setting, requiring regular travel and a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.

About the Role

As a Peripatetic Clinical Development Nurse at Barchester, you will lead and support the clinical governance and quality of care for residents across multiple Care Homes.

You will be responsible for reviewing clinical governance databases and KPIs, analysing results, and implementing strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and continuous improvement of care.

Working closely with the Regional Director and senior clinical staff, you will support the improvement of standards and help implement key actions to address any issues that arise.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration, provide evidence of continued professional development, and have a strong understanding of current regulatory requirements.
