Regional Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team at JD Gyms. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our gyms in the Yorkshire area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall performance of our gyms in the area, including sales, operations, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with General Managers to achieve sales and operational targets, and develop strategies to drive growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Lead and develop a team of General Managers, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Manage financial controls and work with General Managers to achieve maximum operational profitability.
- Provide regular reporting to Head of Operations on sales, operational performance, and any issues or improvements.
- Identify opportunities for growth, cost savings, and positive change, and present recommendations to senior management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in sales, operations, and team management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
