The Role
As a Disability Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating support services for individuals with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with diverse support needs
