About the Role:

TwentyFour Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Executive to join their team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by qualifying new leads, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for new sales enquiries and provide a great first impression to the business.
  • Qualify leads and follow up to ensure timely responses.
  • Provide initial quotes and proposals to potential customers.
  • Manage and maintain records in the CRM System (Microsoft Dynamics) of customers and potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to win business and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier pricing and research to identify potential customers.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Key Activities:

  • Liaise with new enquiries to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Identify suitable client solutions and design and build client proposals.
  • Manage the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide sales support to directors and other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • A strong telephone manner and ability to hold mature and sensible conversations.
  • A strong academic background and previous B2B sales experience.
  • Experience working with a CRM system and strong communication skills.
