Architect with Design and Management Responsibilities

Bespoke is seeking an experienced architect to lead our high-end residential projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-end residential projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage small teams and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Produce and oversee technical packages in Microstation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supervise works on site, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified Part III with significant experience in high-end residential projects in London.
  • Strong design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautifully designed spaces.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • A confident and ambitious character, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
