About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Registered Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. As a member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the efficient functioning of our theatre services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Providing expert scrubbing, anaesthetics, and recovery services
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and participating in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in scrub, anaesthetics, or recovery roles
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a passion for delivering excellent patient-focused care
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
