Key Responsibilities
- To deliver exceptional food quality and service standards across all hospitality areas
- To support the head/senior chef in maintaining kitchen standards and operations
- To ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers, adhering to HACCP protocols
- To maintain efficient food delivery and presentation throughout all hospitality areas
- To foster collaboration between kitchen and server staff, promoting a culture of assistance
- To lead by example, ensuring consistency in food production and presentation
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
- NVQ level 2 or higher, preferably
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Relevant certificates or willingness to undertake specialist training
- Knowledge and experience in similar establishments
- Professional self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
