Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a Head of Resourcing to lead our recruitment strategy and drive organisational success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our resourcing practices to meet current and future skill needs.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional with experience in leading high-performing teams and developing inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • You will establish recruitment standards, frameworks, and tools that align with our organisational goals, ensuring a strong talent pipeline aligned with workforce plans.
  • As a key stakeholder, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive recruitment strategies and enhance diversity and inclusion in our processes.
  • Utilising data insights, you will continually refine our recruitment practices and improve performance and outcomes, working closely with data analysts to shape strategies.
  • You will also anticipate and address skill shortages by leading proactive market engagement and shaping talent attraction strategies to ensure a high-quality candidate experience from brand awareness to onboarding.

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.


About You
  • To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality recruitment services, including senior leadership recruitment, and managing supplier contracts for recruitment services.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
