Residential Community Coordinator

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Lodge Manager. This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, providing a first-class service to Owners and ensuring the smooth operation of the development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating activities, and providing excellent customer service to Owners. They will be the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people and has a background in administration and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellent customer service, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the property and ensure the smooth operation of the development
- Co-ordinate activities and events to enhance the lifestyle of Owners
- Provide excellent customer service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
- Liaise with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues
- Work independently and use own initiative to resolve issues and make decisions
