About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the Lyndene Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service to our guests in our two restaurants, The Washington and The Connaught.
  • Share your knowledge of our menu options with guests and provide recommendations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with your colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant, bubbly personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Team spirit and a customer-oriented approach.
