Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and forward-thinking Clinical Pharmacist to lead the pharmacy service provided to surgical areas. This is a fixed-term arrangement for a 12-month period and will be based in Glangwili General Hospital.

Main Responsibilities

As the interim Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of a patient-focused clinical pharmacy service to surgical areas. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of newly evolving services, such as prehabilitation. You will also provide support to the critical care unit when necessary.

Key Requirements
  • Master's degree in Pharmacy
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Postgraduate MSc or Diploma in area of practice or equivalent experience or qualifications
