As a Learning Needs Facilitator, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement strategies that cater to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Provide individualized support to students during lessons, ensuring they receive the necessary attention and resources.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs), tailored to meet each student's unique requirements.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering academic growth and social development among students.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students are crucial qualities for success in this role.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly regarded but not mandatory.
