About the Role

Kennedys Law is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our global HR team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in the delivery of our global learning programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants and facilitators alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of global learning programs, working closely with our L&D administrator to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervise the Learning and Development administrator, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process, working closely with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate learning and development communications, ensuring that our internal communication tools are up-to-date and effective.
  • Oversee partner and employee onboarding processes, participating in welcome sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
  • Create monthly reports on firm engagement in learning, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Coordinate the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process, ensuring that approvals align with business needs and budget.
  • Identify and implement process improvements in the administration of learning and development programs, driving efficiencies and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Learning and Development administration in a corporate/commercial environment.
  • Experience of coordinating global Learning and Development programs.
  • Previous supervision experience of administration-level employees.
  • Experience of working with Learning Management systems.
  • Exposure to working in a global organization.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Numerate and able to work with data, creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Collaborative and a strong team player.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks from different stakeholders.
  • Global mindset.
  • Proactive improvement mindset.
