Kennedys Law is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coordinator to join our global HR team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in the delivery of our global learning programs, ensuring a positive experience for participants and facilitators alike.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the delivery of global learning programs, working closely with our L&D administrator to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise the Learning and Development administrator, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Oversee the Learning and Development budget and invoicing process, working closely with our finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate learning and development communications, ensuring that our internal communication tools are up-to-date and effective.
- Oversee partner and employee onboarding processes, participating in welcome sessions to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners.
- Create monthly reports on firm engagement in learning, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
- Coordinate the global professional qualification, membership, and external course process, ensuring that approvals align with business needs and budget.
- Identify and implement process improvements in the administration of learning and development programs, driving efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Learning and Development administration in a corporate/commercial environment.
- Experience of coordinating global Learning and Development programs.
- Previous supervision experience of administration-level employees.
- Experience of working with Learning Management systems.
- Exposure to working in a global organization.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Numerate and able to work with data, creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative and a strong team player.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks from different stakeholders.
- Global mindset.
- Proactive improvement mindset.
