Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting our Head Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Chef in the overall running of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service and exceptional food quality.
  • Monitor and maintain HACCP procedures and hygiene standards, adhering to the highest standards of food safety.
  • Contribute to the development and presentation of our menu, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently and effectively under pressure, demonstrating a proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef de Partie or similar position in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A desire to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and presentation.
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility regarding hours.
  • A good command of the English language.
