Culinary Artist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Culinary Artist to join our dynamic team at Portmarnock Hotel & Jameson Golf Links. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest queries
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Participate in menu planning and development

• Minimum 6 months experience working in a cafe, restaurant, bar or hotel as a chef
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Passion for food and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
