WW Coach Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated WW Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in inspiring and motivating members to develop healthy habits and achieve their weight loss goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging workshops and provide personalized coaching to members
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide ongoing support and guidance
  • Encourage members to adopt healthy habits and provide resources and tools to support their journey
  • Represent WW at internal and external events and build partnerships to promote the brand

Requirements:

  • Passion for wellness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to workshop locations within the territory
  • Flexibility to work a part-time schedule
