About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, bowling, and arts and crafts.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Ability to work on a shift rota basis, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with complex needs.
