The Apprenticeship Programme

The apprenticeship programme at INVISTA is a comprehensive training programme that provides individuals with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the field of mechatronics maintenance. The programme is designed to provide a broad-based engineering introduction, with a focus on technical skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechatronic systems and equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve operational goals and objectives

Requirements

  • 5 GCSEs grades A-C or 9-5 including Maths, English and Science
  • Practical mindset and interest in engineering
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, committed and hardworking
  • Ability to work under supervised conditions, as part of a team and on own initiative
