About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Counselling Services to lead our Counselling and Practice team at EACH Counselling and Support. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our counselling services strategy, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the counselling services strategy, aligning with the organisation's overall mission and goals.
  • Lead and manage the Counselling and Practice team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service integration and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading counselling services, with a strong track record of service development and improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of counselling theories and practices, with a commitment to evidence-based service delivery.
