About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join our Western Region team in Evesham. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for homebuyers, liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, as well as relevant local information and market trends.
  • Ensure compliance with Bloor Homes' Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy, and promote a safe working environment.
  • Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up on all visitors, and update and progress prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
  • Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy, ensuring all purchasers understand the sales process.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and building society managers and valuers.
  • Regularly update knowledge of the mortgage market and available products through liaison with recommended Financial Advisors.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures, and undertake additional tasks as required.
Essential Skills and Attributes
  • Experience of sales in the new house building market.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
  • Able to recognise key buying signals.
  • Positivity and target driven with good self-motivation.
