Property Management Administrator

Duties to include but not limited to:
- Supporting our lettings and property management team with administrative tasks.
- Managing compliance certificates and renewals on our management systems.
- Responding to maintenance jobs in a timely manner.
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to arrange repairs.
- Processing incoming invoices.
- Managing and ensuring the compliance of our Approved Contractor List.
You will also receive extensive training and work towards industry recognised qualifications within your first year.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
