We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our Learning Disabilities care services. If you have a proven track record in managing teams and delivering high-quality care, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of care professionals in delivering person-centered care to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of service users.
- Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and appraisals, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in managing Learning Disabilities care services.
- Level 5 qualification in Health or Social Care, with a commitment to further development.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.
- Full UK driving licence.
