Job Title: Registered CQC Supported Living Manager/Learning Disabilities
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned CQC Registered Manager to lead our team in Plymouth. As a Registered Manager for Learning Disability Services, you will oversee all aspects of the care operation, including care delivery, business development, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals
- Develop and implement new business strategies
- Manage staff matters, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in the learning disability sector
- Level 5 in Health or Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a care team and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
