Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Trust in delivering exceptional patient care. This will involve working closely with clinical teams to develop and implement strategies that promote high-quality patient outcomes.

The role requires a strong understanding of the Trust's national and professional priorities, as well as the ability to develop effective working relationships with local, regional, and national stakeholders.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a relevant field, with high-level analytical skills and the ability to translate vision into clear direction. They will also have experience of leading clinical AHP health or care services at a senior level, with management responsibility.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the relevant national people and professional strategies and priorities, as well as the ability to develop working relationships locally, regionally, and nationally.
