Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field-Based Business Growth Manager to join our team in South Gloucestershire. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and contribute to the company's overall success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on account development and customer relationships. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through effective sales tactics.

This is a field-based role, requiring frequent travel to meet with clients and prospects. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients, discussing sales performance, market trends, and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, as set by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the food service sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market, including key players, trends, and competitors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Valid UK driver's license, with a clean driving record.
