CDM Principal Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled CDM Principal Designer to join our consultancy team. As a CDM Principal Designer, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and retail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full CDM/Principal Designer services under CDM 2015 regulations
  • Oversee the design risk register and attend design risk reviews, offering input on safety in design
  • Ensure pre-construction information is readily available for each project and is kept up to date
  • Carry out site inspections and ensure RAMS are in place
Requirements:
  • Ideal construction-related degree
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (desirable but not required)
