Principal Designer (CDM) Opportunity

A leading construction consultancy, Brandon James Ltd, is seeking a skilled Principal Designer (CDM) to join their team. This exciting opportunity involves working on a diverse portfolio of projects, including heritage and MOD work.

About the Role

As a Principal Designer (CDM), you will play a crucial role in leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across various construction sectors. Your responsibilities will include Principal Design services and PD support, offering a varied and engaging work experience.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in CDM roles.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
