JOB SUMMARY

We are currently looking for a Seasonal Food Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh, seasonal produce and create delicious meals for our residents.

Main Duties
  • Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth operation and maintaining high standards.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development, utilizing fresh produce to create appealing dishes.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A personable and warm approach with a genuine interest in resident wellbeing.
  • Experience working with fresh seasonal food and delivering high-quality dishes.
Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive:
