About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Ecommerce Trading Executive to join our team at Savers Health, Home & Beauty. As a key member of our online trading team, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring maximum profitability of our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the website, including product and promotions management
  • Enrich new products to provide customers with the best possible online experience
  • Continually develop and improve SEO on our website
  • Manage product catalogues, working with suppliers to source updated content
  • Create and enrich online promotions in-line with our trading plan, paying close attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Set up and configure online promotional activities, including banner operations and landing pages
  • Build and maintain relationships with the commercial team and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Analyse key metrics and propose actions to improve commercial performance
  • Become an expert in the operation of our website platform (Hybris) to ensure efficient and accurate operations
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure
  • A passion for retail and the online customer journey
  • Ability to quickly understand how to operate our eCommerce platform (full training will be provided)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a wider administration team, with flexibility to adapt to changing workload requirements
