This role will shape, manage and own key changes within our digital products from end to end whilst continually ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.

**Salary**:£45,000 - £55,000

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Location**:London Holborn or Dunstable - You’ll need to be in the office at least 2 days per week

This role will shape, manage and own key changes within our digital products from end to end whilst continually ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders. Driving a cycle of continuous improvement by measuring, testing, and holding retrospectives on all projects. Changes will range from working with our Technology and Design teams on a new customer experience, working with our Trading and Marketing teams on an upcoming campaign and aligning with the Sales and distribution team to ensure the product evolves to customer needs.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create well defined requirements and briefs
- Identify opportunities using the wide range of analytical systems available and insight provided by customer feedback
- Launch new features, optimise platform and personalise experiences
- Understanding of SEO and how it impacts the platform
- Awareness of latest regulatory changes and implications for Ecommerce channel
- Awareness of latest trends within technology, user experience and marketing

**What you’ll need**:

- Proven track record of delivering within a commercial environment.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
- Experience working in an Ecommerce business (retail or travel)
- Experience bringing products or features to market
