As a key member of our multidisciplinary clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective clinical leadership strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Experience in leadership and management roles within a mental health setting.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of mental health legislation and policies, with a commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of patients.
