Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a Strategic Growth Director to join our team at Acord, association For Cooperative Operations Research And Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the institutional sales space.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales plans to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.
- Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing sales team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, informing strategic decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed as a Strategic Growth Director, you will require:
- Strong Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales and business development within the institutional space.
- Deep Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team.
The compensation package includes a competitive salary of $130,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
