Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Broker/TPI Commissions Manager at Yü Group Plc. As a leading energy supplier in the United Kingdom, we are committed to providing reliable and sustainable energy solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately track and report broker commissions, fees, and financial exposure associated with each broker relationship.
Implement controls to ensure adherence to our Broker Framework Agreement and regulatory standards.
Analyze broker performance, including commission spend versus revenue generated, to assess the effectiveness of each broker relationship.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor broker ROI and overall performance, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the data team to design and build dashboards that track broker activity, commissions, and performance metrics.
Present key findings and performance updates to the executive team, offering insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a related field.
Proven experience in broker relationship management or a similar role within the energy sector.
Strong data management skills, with experience in analyzing performance metrics and presenting data-driven insights.
Ability to guide data teams to build effective dashboards and monitor broker performance from start to finish.
Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
