Commercial Development Manager – Advisory

We Are Adam's London office is looking for a skilled Commercial Development Manager to join our team.

This role involves working closely with the Business Development Director and Partners to develop and deliver commercial growth strategies and client development initiatives. You will also be responsible for identifying and analyzing market opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Commercial Strategies: Develop and implement commercial growth strategies to drive growth.
  2. Client Acquisition: Coordinate a client acquisition programme to build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Pitch Preparation: Provide hands-on support to the team during pitch preparation and delivery.
  4. CRM System Implementation: Promote and ensure effective use of CRM systems for the national Advisory business.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in Professional Services: Previous experience working within successful professional services businesses is highly beneficial.
  • Marketing Expertise: A track record of working in a marketing environment alongside senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Awareness: Strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop commercial growth strategies.

Salary: £77,500 per annum (London)
