As a member of the PrettyLittleThing team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administration support to the Buying team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administration support to the Buying team in all department areas.
- Support the Assistant Buyer with managing the critical path, including intake and sample management.
- Manage current season samples, ensuring they are properly stored and approved.
- Verify product information, including descriptions and pricing, for accuracy.
- Attend fits sessions and ensure all samples are properly coded and organized.
- Conduct weekly competitor research and provide recommendations for product development.
- Maintain a strong understanding of department sales, best-sellers, and worst-sellers.
Requirements:
- Fashion-related qualification.
- Excellent administration skills and experience with Microsoft Office packages, including Excel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of trends and current influencers.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
