About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at St Neots Hospital. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hospital, including wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor areas.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all areas of the hospital are spotless and meet the required security standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
  • Participate in mandatory and statutory training as required by Elysium Healthcare.
  • Undertake any other tasks requested that are appropriate for the post.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of cleaning within a similar environment.
  • Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
