Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Wimborne, Dorset. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve academic success and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to students with SEN, ensuring their needs are met and they have access to a rich and engaging curriculum.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
* Assist with classroom activities, lessons, and assessments, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
