Salary Range: £62,500 per annum (plus car allowance and package)

Company Overview:

Foresight Search Ltd is a leading commercial team in Swansea, South Wales.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the day-to-day commercial aspects of new build projects across residential, social housing, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimise commercial returns for each project.
  • Prepare accurate cost/value reconciliation reports.
  • Achieve best commercial advantage through interim valuations at agreed dates.
  • Maximise project margins by agreeing final accounts with subcontractors.
  • Maintain control of subcontractor's accounts and minimise variations.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with a main contractor on residential and commercial projects, delivering commercial projects within budget and programme.
