Rico Property Finance Ltd (T/A D&R Recruitment) is seeking an experienced Bridging Underwriter to join their team. As a Bridging Underwriter, you will be responsible for assessing and underwriting complex property finance cases. You will work closely with the BDMs and the wider admin team to ensure new and existing relationships with introducers are proactively maintained. Key responsibilities include working with BDMs on new deals to ensure that new enquiries are within appetite and meet credit policy, assessing and underwriting new loan applications, conducting due diligence on borrowers and properties, and ensuring all data on back-end systems is up-to-date.
