Job Description:

The Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager role at our esteemed client offers a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive key compliance initiatives. This pivotal position reports directly to the Head of Internal Control, Compliance & Legal Relay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports.
- Utilize existing reporting tools and develop new frameworks to monitor operational risk and compliance.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape, motor finance industry, and internal processes.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on oversight performance.

Requirements:
- Strong background in analytical reporting and quality assurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Adaptable to changing business needs.
- Ability to provide guidance, support, and training to team members.
