We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within their sector. This pivotal role reports directly to the Head of Internal Control, Compliance & Legal Relay and offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team while driving key compliance initiatives.
The Regulatory Reporting & Oversight Manager will be responsible for ensuring all regulatory reporting is accurate and timely, both internally and with external bodies such as the FCA, FLA, and ICO. This role also involves managing the Oversight Analysts team, ensuring that the oversight framework is robust and consistently adhered to across the business.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports.
Utilize existing reporting tools and develop new frameworks to monitor operational risk and compliance.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape, motor finance industry, and internal processes.
Provide regular feedback to senior management on oversight performance.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, offering guidance, support, and training to team members.
Strong background in analytical reporting and quality assurance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Adaptable to changing business needs.
Youll be supported in your personal and professional development while working in a collaborative and motivating environment.
