Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and care for children in a residential setting, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

  • Manage challenging behavior using de-escalation techniques and provide effective written and verbal communication.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Child Care or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
