You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Reporting to Phil Drakely (General Sales Manager), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in-person to understand their needs and preferences.
- Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate the final price for the sale, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
- Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market.
