About the RoleWe are working with a growing business in Telford who are seeking a Customer Services and Internal Sales Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Manager and Warehouse and Transport Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to help achieve company targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales and customer services processes using current systems.
- Take ownership of internal sales and customer services processes, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Support the growth of new and existing business accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Enter sales orders and customer information onto Plex, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, seeking training and guidance as needed.
- Carry out general office administration duties, maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.
- Respond promptly to customer queries via email and phone calls, providing clear and concise information.
- Adhere to company health and safety procedures, reporting any areas for improvement to management.
