Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.

  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, in line with the company's culinary vision.

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.

  • Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on presentation and flavor.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
