\Job Description
\The Head of Training will lead the development of internal and external training courses, programs, and implementations. This role requires expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation, preferably in the life sciences industry.
\Responsibilities
\- Develop effective training programs and manage their implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Mentor and guide the Life Sciences Training Specialist.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
\Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation.
\A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methods.
\Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\Proficiency in instructional design software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia authoring tools.
\Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
