About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Spire Nottingham Hospital. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the care and support of patients undergoing elective surgeries
  • Contribute to the provision of exemplary patient care, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
  • Assist with the movement of patients, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
  • Provide personal care to patients, including ECGs and catheter removals
  • Work collaboratively with the surgical ward team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Flexibility to rotate across all shift patterns
  • Experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations
